A fresh start for an old tradition.

If you've been following the Spencer Picnic newsbeat, you already know that change is headed our way. We learned recently that our previous carnival partner, SwikaS Amusements, will not be joining us at the Picnic this year. This is a curveball, and an unexpected one at that, but we are still committed to bringing a fun event for all ages to our community.

In order to do this, we know we'll need to embrace change - both large and small. We plan to keep all of the classic Spencer Picnic traditions like Bingo, the Kiddie Parade, the Car Show, and our amazing fireworks on the schedule, but some of them may take place on new days and at new times. We hope the new schedule allows more local groups and businesses to fully participate in this celebration of our community. Regardless, the park will be full of family fun for all.
